Teepee sleepover parties

What is included in a Kaboom teepee sleepover?
Each setup includes:
·    A teepee or A-frame tent
·    A foam mattress and fitted sheet
·    A plush blanket
·    Themed decorative cushions
·    A night lamp
·    Tassel garlands or string lights
·    A tray table
·    Kaboom Party Games

Delivery, complete setup and pack-down are also included within our standard Geelong service area.

How much room do I need?
Each mattress measures approximately 90 cm wide by 185 cm long. You will also need a little extra room around each mattress for the teepee frame, tray table and decorations.
Please clear the party area before we arrive so we have enough space to complete the setup. If you are unsure whether the teepees will fit, send us the room measurements or a photo and we can help you plan the layout.

What ages are teepee parties suitable for?
Our teepee sleepovers are suitable for school-aged children and tweens. With a wide range of themes available, we can create a setup to suit both younger children and older children celebrating a special birthday with their friends.

Do you deliver and set everything up?
Yes. Kaboom Parties takes care of the complete experience. We deliver the equipment to your home, set up and style all the teepees, and return to pack everything away after the party.

Do children need to bring pillows?
Yes. Children should bring their own sleeping pillows. Kaboom Parties provides the foam mattresses, fitted sheets, plush blankets and decorative themed cushions.

What areas around Geelong do you service?
We provide teepee sleepover parties throughout Geelong, Torquay, Bannockburn, Lara, the Bellarine Peninsula and surrounding areas.
Additional travel fees may apply outside the Geelong area. Please include your party address or suburb with your enquiry so we can confirm availability and any applicable travel fee.

How long is the equipment hired for?
The teepee equipment is hired for the sleepover. We will arrange a suitable setup time before the party and confirm the collection arrangements with you as part of your booking.

Can I add another teepee after booking?
Yes, additional teepees can usually be added, subject to availability within your selected theme.
Please let us know as soon as possible if your guest numbers change. One week before the party, we will ask you to confirm the final theme, number of teepees and any special requests.

What happens if a guest cancels?
Please contact us as soon as possible if your guest numbers change. We will do our best to update the booking, provided the change can be accommodated and the equipment has not already been prepared for your party.
As our package prices are based on the number of teepees booked, a change in guest numbers may also change the final price.

How far ahead should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly if you are planning a weekend party, school holiday celebration or have a particular theme in mind.
Four to eight weeks’ notice is ideal, but please feel free to contact us about last-minute parties, as we may still have availability and we will be happy to advise.

Pamper Parties

What ages are pamper parties suitable for?
Kaboom pamper parties are best suited to children aged approximately 5 to 10 years. The experience is designed to be fun, relaxed and age-appropriate, with pampering activities, party games and plenty of laughter.

Do you come to our home?
Yes. We bring the complete pamper party experience to your home or suitable venue.
Our host will set everything up, run the party from start to finish and pack everything away afterwards. Parents can sit back, relax and enjoy watching the children have fun.

How many children can attend?
Our standard pamper party package is $220 and includes up to four children, including the birthday child.
Additional children can be added for $35 each. If you are planning a larger party, please contact us to discuss the number of children, available space and any additional requirements. We recommend no more than 10 children so no one is waiting too long between treatments.

What is included in a pamper party?
Each pamper party includes:
·    Mini manicures
·    Face masks
·    Glitter makeovers
·    Hair styling
·    A Polaroid photoshoot
·    Fun party games
Spa robes and pamper headbands are also provided for the children to wear during the party.

Are the products child-friendly?
Our pamper activities and products are selected with children in mind. Please tell us before the party if any child has allergies, sensitive skin, a skin condition or another relevant health concern.
Children should not participate in a particular treatment if they have broken or irritated skin, an infection or a known sensitivity to one of the products being used.

What does the host need to provide?
The host needs to provide a clean and clear area with enough room for the children and our pamper equipment. We will also need access to water and electricity where required.
Please have the area ready before we arrive so we can complete the setup and begin the party on time. We will bring the pamper equipment, products, spa robes, headbands, Polaroid camera and party games.

Is food included?
Food, drinks and birthday cake are not included in the pamper party package. You are welcome to provide your own party food and refreshments.
We recommend allowing separate time for food and cake, either before or after the pampering activities, so the hosted portion of the party can run smoothly.

Can parents stay?
Yes. Parents are welcome to stay and enjoy watching the party.
We ask that the immediate pamper area is kept clear so the children can participate comfortably and our host has enough room to run the activities. A responsible adult must remain at the property or venue throughout the party.

How long does a pamper party run?
A Kaboom pamper party includes approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes of hosted pampering, games and activities. We will also arrange a setup time before the party begins.

How much space is required?
We need a clean, open area with enough room to seat the children comfortably and set up our pamper equipment. A dining room, living room or suitable covered entertaining area generally works well.
If you are unsure whether your space is suitable, send us a photo or the approximate measurements a
